Here are some of the first pictures I took with a 35 mm rangefinder camera back when I was in the US Navy stationed at Mare Island, California. The first picture is the San Francisco Beach, the second one are some anchored sailboats at the Sausalito marina with the Bay Bridge in the background. Next photograph is one of vendors along Telegraph Ave., Berkeley. The rest of the pictures are of the Hare Krishna Spring Festival in the Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, California. Age of Aquarius, peace and harmony, seems like an attractive concept and alternative in our present Age of Austerity.
