Golden Hour on The Delta

Here are some pictures that I took of San Joaquin River Delta on Woodbridge Road, near Lodi, California.  After a series of rain storms, the fields flooded to create large reflecting pools for the clouds and sunset. The golden hour is a great opportunity to capture dramatic images.

Shiloh Wind Project Revisited

Here are six pictures I took roaming around the Shiloh Wind Project area near Rio Vista, California. It is interesting to me to see how the wind tower farms blend with the agricultural pastures and ranches in the region. I used a Nikon D600 with a Nikkor 70 to 300mm telephoto lens and a Nikkor 20mm wide angle lens. I find green energy fascinating to observe.
