Guiding Light for Shipping

Here are some pictures I took of a double drawbridge over the Sacramento River, the Old Sugar Mill located near the banks of the same river, and Pigeon Point Lighthouse on the Pacific Coast Highway 1. They all have water and shipping in common. I used a Nikon D600 camera. The water connection among the pictures intrigues me.

Here are more pictures that I took on a recent trip to the Atlantic Coast of Central Florida. The locations include Ponce De Leon Inlet Light Station, Hontoon Island State Park (Island Getaway along the St. John’s River), Tosohatchee State Reserve, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and Cocoa Beach, Florida.

Here are some pictures that I took on a trip to visit family in Central Florida. These pictures are from Honeymoon Island State Park, Egmont Key State Park, Safety Harbor, and the Tampa Bay Sunshine Skyline Bridge. I had a chance to see the real Florida in these parks. Also I soon discovered these parks are a refuge for wildlife and people.
